Did my first lot of interval training today and it killlled me! Felt so good afterwards though!
Decided to start taking progress photos for inspiration so here is Week One.
Working with the trainer is going really well and so far i’m keeping to my training schedule. I’m working hard to keep my calorie intake down but i’m finding it so hard to resist binging late at night ugggh.
The next six weeks include: a birthday, beach trip and black-tie, so they will also include more veggies and less crap.
I’ve always had issues with body image and self confidence. Last year i took it into my own hands and started to work out and eat right. I saw the results straight away and while i didn’t reach my goal weight i started feeling much better about myself. However, i’d never had any advice from anyone as to how to best achieve and keep my goals. So as summer ended and i started my first year of University, i stopped working out so much and comfort ate A LOT and needless to say the weight pilled back on, and then some.
After much complaining and self hate my mum and dad were so concerned that they agreed to pay for me to use a trainer so i can get in shape the right way. I just had my first training yesterday and i’m so inspired. This is my journey to body confidence.
